S. TRIAS is a family concern founded by Salvador Trias Ribas back in 1949. At first it was devoted to elaborating biscuits and pastries, and for many years our sole business line was that of traditional biscuits. By mid-1990 this started to change when the brothers Francesc  and Salvador developed and registered a process for manufacturing diet bars with high protein content.

Currently the company is led by our family’s third generation, that goes on elaborating the traditional artisan products while accepting the challenge of improving and enhancing the product range addressed to health and sports.
